I want to be and be known as a faithful man. Faithful to my wife, my kids, my calling, and faithful to the Lord. Because I am also a sinner, I need constant accountability in my life. Other men I can call and talk to about issues regarding faithfulness and who can call me if they see something off. I also need to be completely transparent with my wife. She has full access to all of my social media, email accounts, and text messages. Ultimately, I’m accountable to God and He knows and sees everything anyway. If you don’t have accountability systems in your life, get them quickly!
Proverbs 5:21: “For the Lord sees clearly what a man does, examining every path he takes.”
Does it frighten or comfort you to know that the Lord sees everything you think, say, and do, even if you don’t confess it to Him? Who holds you accountable? What path do you need to turn from?
