If you call yourself a follower of Christ, your life should reflect His. You should obey God, fear God, revere God. So many people are living lives counter to God and His Word while trying to maintain the title of Christian. While we all fail to live up to God’s perfect standard, the trajectory of our lives should be growing in Christlikeness. That is what it means to work out your salvation with fear and trembling.
Philippians 2:12: “Dear friends, you always followed my instructions when I was with you. And now that I am away, it is even more important. Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence and fear.”
