The Apostle Paul was a pray-er. The letters he wrote to churches and pastors are overflowing with prayer. He earnestly sought the heart of God for the church and then prayed for God’s will to be done. Use today’s prayer as a model to pray for your faith family. This world needs more light and hope!
Father, help us be the light and hope this dark world desperately needs. Help us to realize this hope in our own life before we share the hope of Christ with others. Amen.
Ephesians 1:18: “I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance.”
